Economy shipping is an untracked, budget-friendly option available for greeting card orders only. Pixel Whirl Co cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed parcels sent via Economy shipping. For orders under $50 no refund or replacement can be provided if the parcel does not arrive. By selecting Economy shipping you accept full responsibility once the parcel leaves our hands. For peace of mind we recommend Standard tracked shipping. ✦

Tracking

All standard and express orders include tracking via Australia Post. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Economy International orders are untracked.

Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Pixel Whirl Co is not responsible for any customs delays.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by Australia Post please contact us at orders@pixelwhirlco.store within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We'll do our best to make it right.
