Our Promise
Every order is made with care and checked before it leaves us. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect please get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
30 Day Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must not be a personalised or custom order
- Item must not be a sale, clearance or pre-order item
- Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
To request a return:
Email orders@pixelwhirlco.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Our Promise
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalised and custom orders
- Sale and clearance items
- Pre-orders
- Digital downloads once downloaded
- Items returned after 30 days
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Email orders@pixelwhirlco.store with your order number and a photo of the issue
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll assess the fault and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. Return shipping will be covered by Pixel Whirl Co for confirmed faulty items.
Personalised Orders
Personalised and custom orders are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please double check all personalisation details before submitting your order as we produce exactly what is entered.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products all digital download sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.
Economy International Shipping
Orders shipped via Economy International are untracked. Pixel Whirl Co cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed parcels sent via Economy shipping. No refund or replacement can be provided for undelivered Economy International orders under $50 AUD. By selecting Economy shipping at checkout you accept these conditions.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
